You are good at the work. Finding homeowners who are ready to talk is the harder part. Tracksstandards Remodeling is a referral service that connects homeowners with independent local providers. If you run a remodeling business, the network may be a way to reach people who are already thinking about a project.

This is not a job posting. Tracksstandards Remodeling does not hire remodelers as employees. You stay independent and run your business your way.

Who Fits the Network

We are looking for independent contractors in the Salt Lake City area who focus on:

• Bathing-area projects, such as tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in tubs, and walk-in showers.
• Custom bathroom renovations and luxury bath upgrades.
• Full kitchen remodels from planning through finish.

The homeowners we connect are planning larger projects. Very small repairs and mobile homes are outside the network.

What Is Expected

Homeowners are trusting the network with their homes, so a few things matter:

• Hold the licensing and insurance required in your state, and be ready to show proof when asked.
• Give clear, written estimates.
• Explain the plan before demolition begins.
• Return calls and show up when you say you will.
• Make no claims about Tracksstandards Remodeling that are not true, and be honest about your own work.

Providers are responsible for their own work, contracts, and permits.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@tracksstandards.living. Please include:

• Your business name and the areas you serve.
• The types of projects you take on.
• Your licensing and insurance details.
• A phone number and the times when you are easiest to reach.

We read every message and will reply with next steps if there is a fit. Providers in the network may pay a fee for homeowner referrals, and the details are shared before anything is agreed.
