How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Tracksstandards Remodeling to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Tracksstandards Remodeling
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project runs into trouble, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Tracksstandards Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@tracksstandards.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
